Job Description
The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Degreed Production Supervisor for a Large Food and Beverage Manufacturing Facility located in IA. Candidate should have:
A demonstrated style of participative management in problem solving and continuous improvement objectives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Excellent organizational, planning and implementation skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of all food related regulations and practices including GMP's and HACCP.
Excellent team building and training skills.
Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting abilities.
Local candidates are highly preferred and must be degreed. Candidates must be open to shift. Three to five (3-5) years of production supervision in a Food/Beverage/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility is required. Will give small relocation assistance for a drive-in candidate. Looking for a highly promotable candidate who is a self-starter and can be promoted to a Management position within 5 years. Requirements Qualified Candidates for the Production Supervisor position MUST HAVE a 2 or 4-Year BS/BA Degree with 2-5 years of previous Production Supervisory experience from within either a Food/Beverage/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility. Candidates also MUST BE local to Cedar Falls, IA and its surrounding areas, as only Drive-In candidates will be considered.
