Job Description
Description: Directly manage a technical team of over 55 employees consisting of front line leaders, automation engineers, electricians, instrumentation technicians, cogeneration operators and cogeneration mechanics in a beverage manufacturing environment. Responsible for an operating budget of over $12 mm / year and an energy budget of approximately $25 mm / year (shared). Responsible to provide direct EIA technical support to packaging, processing and utility operations. Requirements: BS Electrical Engineer with 10 plus years experience in maintenance management and / or project management in a consumer products environment. Management experience with Unionized maintenance technicians and salaried engineers is required. Experience with electrical infrastructure, factory floor automation, packaging lines and cogeneration is preferred. The candidate should be experienced with progressive maintenance management systems, team environments and some type of productivity enhancement process such as TPM, Lean Manufacturing or other Loss Elimination process.
