Job Description
Description: This is a typically fast-paced high profile position providing technical process design leadership and support on capital projects with focus in areas of juice processes from fruit handling, extraction, by-products, blending, storage, and packaging. Experience with refrigeration systems and utilities a plus. This position will drive major cost management (CMP) initatives and New Product & Package priorities at PepsiCo accomplising the growth and net operating profit before taxes (NOPBT) objectives for PepsiCo. This position will lead cross-functional project teams to develop, analyze, facilitate approval, and commercialize projects within Tropicana Supply Chain. CMP initiatives will routinely contribute to $0.2MM to $10MM (or more) in NOPBT savings to PepsiCo.

Position will be responsible to execute the design and installation of processing equipment and refrigeration equipment at the Tropicana Bradenton Florida site. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in a supply chain, R&D, technical services, or operations in a consumer marketing environment (experience in different functional areas highly desirable, but not required). Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneoulsy. Experience with processing equipment including line installation and startup. Solid understanding of supply chain costs as well as the the P&L for a business. Ability to identify and drive margin improvement initiatives. Bachelor of Science in a related engineering field: examples mechanical, electrical, packaging or others as experience demonstrates.
