Cargill Meat Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a 2nd shift Whole Birds Production Supervisor. This position involves specific day-to-day tasks relating to some or all of the following: production, safety, environmental, costs, management, customers, maintenance and quality.

Principle Accountabilities: Monitor and manage the production process in order to achieve goals and objectives of the department. Achieve and maintain the lowest possible levels of turnover and absenteeism. Effectively orientate, train and develop all employees. Implement all procedures and policies, which includes safety, job rotation, ergonomics, job expectations, work rule requirements, and the communication process.

Qualifications Required:

Associate’s degree required, 4 year college degree preferred. Experience in production environment. Effective communication skills (verbal and written). Good decision making and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours. Good human relations skills. Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required.
