Job Description
The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Degreed Maintenance Manager/Reliability Engineer for a Large Food/Beverage Manufacturing Facility located in Job Description: Provide plant engineering and reliability technical support as well as leadership to continue to develop a maintenance reliability culture in a facility that produces a diversified line of food. This includes using technical knowledge and skills to partner with customers (Production departments) to professionally and systematically define, design, develop, monitor and refine the preventive/predictive maintenance process to improve on stream reliability and reduce costs. Work with Project Engineering to ensure the maintainability of new and modified installations. Coordinate with planner/scheduler to ensure that PM/PdM services and inspections are scheduled and performed when due and that resultant corrective work is promptly performed. More fully implement and capitalize on the use of the CMMS to manage equipment inventories, and reduce and improve maintenance work wherever feasible. Lead continuous improvement in maintenance reliability through analysis and follow through to get all parts of the organization on board, assuring efficient and reliable operation of the plant, process and equipment while protecting and prolonging the economic life of plant assets at optimal cost. Train employees in the value of maintenance reliability and actions required to increase operational effectiveness. REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Candidates for the Maintenance Manager/Reliability Engineer position MUST HAVE a 4-YEAR Engineering Degree with at least 5+ years of Maintenance Management and/or Reliability Engineering experience from within a Food/Beverage or Chemical Manufacturing Facility.
