Our client, a large flour-milling firm, is searching for a new Milling Manager for a location in the South East and North West.

About the opportunity:

Milling Manager will manage large flour milling facility and staff in safe, productive, and efficient manner. Train, develop, and motivate milling staff. Optimize mills output and production. Manage other department heads such as, Sanitation, Engineering, Maintenance, Production, etc.

You Must have prior milling experience to be considered for this opportuntiy

Opportunity Requirements:

4-year degree in milling science or related field.

Will consider candidates without a 4-year degree if they have 10+ years of flour milling management experience.

5-10 years of experience with milling flour milling management or supervision.

Hands on management style with the ability to interact, motivate and lead a workforce.

Strong computer, organization, and analytical skills.
