Job Description
Cook food processing plant that has just completed a major expansion. The plant has doubled its size and from two lines to four. The plant is a division of a privately owned co that has four plants in the midwest. The position is open due to growth.
The mgr will be responsible for all production and report to the VP of Ops. They will have two shifts, eight supervisors and over 100 line techs. Will be responsible for training, scheduling, plant safety, yields and develop a team enviornment.
The co needs someine who has at least three yrs as a manager or five yrs as a supervisor in a large coo food plant. Must have good hands on skills, this is a floor position, able to teach and train staff, monitor all yields and build a strong team.
The position has a competitive salary, bonus, very good benefits and pay relocation.
