Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing all plant physical supply chain activity. Coordinates communication among and between Warehouse Operations group and Planning Operations Teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensures Company Quality, Safety and GMP standards are maintained.
2. Responsible for activities of 5 facilitators and 35-50 hourly union members.
3. Outbound volume of 15-25 truckloads of finished goods per day.
4. Develops budget and maintains performance to plan.
5. Coordinates maintenance activities to ensure needs of the department are met.
6. Uphold environment of Continuous Process and Cost Improvement.
7. Assist with implementation of SAP.
8. Timely and accurate reporting of activities in SAP and other Factory Management Systems.
9. Support of all production activities including shipping, receiving, storage and handling of ingredients, packaging, WIP, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL LEVEL:
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience

* Candidate must have 15 years of experience in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to lead change.
* Must have an attitude of 100% Responsibility.
