New French Bakery distributes artisan breads to fine restaurants and quality-conscious grocery stores in the upper midwest. As our business grew we combined old-world craftsmanship with an investment in state-of-the-art European technology to meet increasing customer demand. We continue to be a hands on bakery and to train our new employees in the craft of making fine artisan breads and the discipline of superior customer service.

We are currently hiring Production Supervisors and Line Operators. The Supervisor works to ensure the smooth transition of workflow and responsibility during the production cycle. Labor Cost Control, Waste Control, Equipment Maintenance and Sanitation are additional responsibilities.
