Job Description
The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Maintenance Manager for a Large Food/Beverage Manufacturing Facility located in Salt Lake City, UT.
Responsibilities: As a maintenance team member, support plant goals of cost, quality, service, safety and raw material waste. Implement cost savings, renovations and safety projects for the production facility. Implement methods to improve productivity capabilities and solve operation problems. This includes coordinating the installation of all new equipment and modifications. Teach, audit and ensure production and food safety procedures throughout the plant. Administer preventive maintenance programs, emergency repair of production equipment, and support facilities and production equipment changeovers.
Background Requirements: Substantial Technical Training in Maintenance processes and programs. 2 or 4 year degree preferred. 2-5 years experience and process knowledge of maintenance equipment and plant utilities including PLCs, boiler and refrigeration knowledge.. Demonstrated leadership skill in maintenance roles at increasing levels or responsibility. Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance processes.

REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Candidates for the Maintenance Manager position MUST HAVE at least 2-3 years of previous Maintenance Management experience from within a Food/Beverage Manufacturing Facility. A 2 or 4 Year Degree is nice, but not required. Candidates must have a strong Electrical background to be considered.
