We are conducting a search for a Maintenance Manager for a leading food company located in Tennessee. The company operates numerous plants in the United States. They are able to offer the opportunity for upward mobility. The Company is a well-recognized firm and has a strong reputation. A very attractive compensation package is offered.

Candidates should have previous food and/or beverage industry maintenance supervisory experience, and a high-speed packaging background. A degree is preferred. Experience in troubleshooting and programming PLCs is beneficial. All applicants should have a proven record of working with and through colleagues. Client is looking for a leader. Must be: a good communicator, a team player, a change-agent.
