What would you be doing?
As our client’s Reliability Engineer, you would be responsible for driving the improvement of plant reliability. This is a strategic role with the opportunity to make a daily impact on our client’s business as you help to move from reactive to proactive maintenance, so if you’re ready for a new and exciting challenge, read on. Your responsibilities would include:
- Evaluating and implementing appropriate preventative maintenance schedules and predictive maintenance technologies
- Participating in the proactive maintenance of all plant equipment
- Implementing best practices with maintenance and root cause analysis
- Creating processes to improve reliability
- Maintaining and sharing expert knowledge in the areas of proactive maintenance management
- Developing and delivering training for plant personnel at all levels as appropriate regarding equipment and process reliability
- Preparing budgets and implementation plans for all reliability efforts
Is the position for you?
Here are a few things we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:'
- Equipment processes improvement experience in a manufacturing plant environment is required
- In-depth experience with the use of a comprehensive Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is required
- Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) experience is preferred
- Experience with preventable and predictive maintenance strategies is preferred
- Experience with standard operating procedures and advanced reliability methods is preferred
- Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) experience is a plus
- Experience with workflow charts is a plus
- Experience developing and presenting training on best practices is ideal
- Technical certification in the areas of vibration analysis and infrared thermography is helpful
- A related technical degree is strongly preferred
- Computer proficiency is required
