Salary/Compensation:

$90-120,000 + 10-20% bonus

Will report to Director of Manufacturing for multi-plant division of one of the world's leading food processors. Will be assigned for next 1-3 years as manage a large facility expansion at my client's Northern Massachusetts production site (located about an hour North of Boston and close to MA/NH border - can live in either state). Seek individual with minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10+ yrs. of capital project/project management experience. Seek person who's managed up to $10,000,000+ projects. Prior pasta background ideal but not required. Will have total project management responsibility which will require working with large network of contractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants and internal personnel.

Will be expected to live in general area of the plant and region offers a blend of larger city living as well as many smaller, quaint villages. The area is pricey but definitely less than the Boston area.

At conclusion of expansion project, will move to other field or corporate assignments within my client. Must have excellent communication and organization skills. This is an immediate need. This is one of the world's leading food processors offering outstanding challenges and growth potential.
