BS Science or related degree required with 2+ years in a Quality Assurance supervisory role in the food & beverage industry. Should have experience in HACCP, SPC,food safety, SOPs, sanitation, & regulatory issues.

Will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of plant quality system,including monitoring process control, raw & packaging materials,quality checks, monitoring & auditing GMPs. Need strong supervisory skills to provide training and coaching to quality techs and operators.
