Experienced Production Supervisor in ham or loin boning needed to supervise, evaluate and direct personnel according to sound operating procedures and company policy. Responsible for safety, efficiency and productivity Must manage and maintain appropriate records. Will work with other supervisors and managers to promote efficiency and team work within the plant and department.

Candidate must have good interpersonal skills, ability to handle conflict and ability to manage in a production environment Ability to speak multiple languages is extremely beneficial.
