The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Degreed Quality Assurance Manager for a Large Food and Beverage Manufacturing Facility located in Denver, CO. Job Purpose Summary: • This position is responsible for ensuring that the Company produces safe products of the highest quality and consistent flavor by overseeing the supply chain of the finished products, associated raw materials, manufacturing facilities and storage locations for dairy products, NFDM, WPC and similar finished goods.

Essential Responsibilities: • Implement and ensure conformance to QA programs to prevent food quality or food safety issues at manufacturing facilities (company owned and / or contract manufacturing locations) and off site storage facilities. Develop and manage sampling plans to monitor finished product quality, compositional results to ensure standards of identity are maintained. Provide quality reporting on results. • Provide support for quality and process improvement initiatives. • Responsible for off-site QA audits and troubleshooting to include organizing, prioritizing and completing audit items; reviewing QA results and communicating results to associated personnel. Troubleshoot product quality issues and ensure root cause / corrective actions are appropriate and are fully implemented. • Work with R&D to ensure that manufacturing and raw material specifications exist and are current and address Kosher and / or Organic compliance. Work with QA Technical Services to approve new manufacturing facilities. • Manage the product and ingredient traceability systems to ensure compliance with FDA Biosecurity guidelines. Stay current with all key regulatory and certifying agency guidelines. • Assist the Director of QA Systems in the creation of Quality Management Systems for the WWF organization. • Audit existing and potential manufacturers and suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Candidates for the QA Manager position MUST HAVE a 4-Year BS/BA Degree with at least 3-5 years of previous Quality Management and/or Supervisory experience from within a Food/Beverage/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility. Candidates also MUST HAVE knowledge of Safety Regulations (USDA, FDA, HACCP). Candidates with an Aseptic Manufacturing background are highly desired as well.
