Cargill Meat Solutions has an exciting opportunity for Laying Farm Supervisor with our Cargill Value Added Meats - Retail/Deli business in Springdale, AR. In this position you will be required to live in a company home on or near the farm. The home is considered part of the total compensation package. This position will be responsible for supervising a company-owned breeder farm, training farm employees, AI crew and foremen in all duties performed. Other duties include: budget development and administration, managing all aspects of breeder production, and managing the company EHS program on the farm.
Qualifications 4 Year degree or equivalent experience 3+ years previous supervisory/leadership experience Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervisory contact Demonstrated self-starter Demonstrated ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization Must be willing to work a flexible schedule Must live on the farm (house provided) Must be able to do light maintenance work Demonstrated strong computer skills/abilities (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities preferred
