Job Description
This position will serve as a Sensory project leader on New Product Marketing and Brand initiatives. The position requires an a self-starter, independent problem solver and decision maker who has the capability through interpersonal, time and resource management skills to manage the Sensory portion of multiple projects. The ability to champion innovative ideas and to effectively guide them through the organization results in position success.
The key responsibility is to serve on project teams focused on products, processes and packages by providing consultation in the areas of discrimination, descriptive and consumer research in support of project objectives. Additionally, the position will support the establishment of Sensory specifications and shelf life for new products for which they are involved.
A BS and at least 3 years of sensory science experience or an MS and at least 1 year sensory science experience is required.
