Cargill Meat Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor with our Cargill Value Added Meats-Retail/Deli business, Springdale, AR, team in the Fresh Cuts department. This position involves specific day-to-day tasks relating to some or all of the following: production, safety, environmental, costs, management, customers, maintenance and quality.

Principle Accountabilities: 40% - Oversee day-to-day operation of assigned area. 20% - Development and monitoring of direct reports (coaching, training coordination, etc.) 20% - Day-to-day monitoring of product quality and production operations to meet Customer specifications. 20% - Plan and coordinate efforts of area work force.

Qualifications 4 year college degree and/or related experience 2+ years previous supervisory experience required Food processing management experience required Must be flexible in hours worked Must be able to understand profits and loss and cost centers Ability to work 2nd Shift Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment Demonstrated excellent leadership skills/abilities
