Cargill Meat Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor located at our Brampton, Ontario facility. This position involves specific day-to-day tasks relating to some or all of the following: production, safety, environmental, costs, management, customers, maintenance and quality.
Principle Accountabilities: 40% - Oversee day-to-day operation of assigned area. 20% - Development and monitoring of direct reports (coaching, training coordination, etc.) 20% - Day-to-day monitoring of product quality and production operations to meet Customer specifications. 20% - Plan and coordinate efforts of area work force.
Qualifications 4 year college degree Must be flexible in hours worked 2nd Shift Bi-lingual Preferred but not required Experience Preferred but not required
