Are you an H.R. professional with a minimum of 10 years experience in union environment?

Our growing company is looking for a leader to interpret and administer company policies/procedures to ensure legal compliance and positive employee relations.

Responsibilities will include all plant and administrative personnel activities, including recruiting, training and development, compensation administration, employee counseling and benefit administration as well as labor contract negotiations.

Must have strong interpersonal skills, and experience with labor negotiations. Bachelor’s degree required, and PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
