Job Description
BS or BA Degree preferred in Applied Sciences, such as Poultry Science, Food Science or Animal Science. Mininum of 3-5 yrs experience in QA supervision in a meat processing facility. MUST HAVE MEAT PLANT PROCESSING QUALITY ASSURANCE EXPERIENCE. Knowledge and experience with HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, SOPs, Lab, Pre-Ops, USDA and FDA Compliances. Ability to supervise 10 or more employees.
