Job Description
The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Degreed Production Manager for a Rapidly Growing Food Manufacturing Company located in Alabama. Currently seeking someone who will report directly to the Plant manager and be responsible for 6 direct reports and 175 indirect reports. Seeking a floor-type individual that can rebuild the production floor and manage fifteen production lines. Individual must be a real people leader that will be a strong mentor and give coaching and personal attention. Individual must have high speed packaging environment experience. Oil, fat and/or dairy background highly preferable. Seeking someone interested in future growth potential! REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Candidates for the Degreed Production Manager position MUST HAVE high speed packaging experience. Oil, fat and/or dairy experience highly preferable!
