Job Description
EXPERIENCE: * Minimum 12 years of engineering experience in Food/Dairy, Mechanical or Electrical engineering. * In-depth knowledge of food processing and technology, especially dairy and aseptic process and hygienic engineering * Flexible to move to other locations after project completion.
Preferred: * 4 years experience as a Project Engineer in a Food/Dairy industry. * 4 years experience as a Process Engineer. * 4 years of Project Management experience. * Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Aseptic technology. * Proven experience in process control solutions for his or her area of responsibility.
SKILLS: * Good organizational/administrative skills. * Strong project management skills. * Competent design knowledge. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * High proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Autocad and MS Project * SAP and Primavera P3 (or other project planning software) knowledge desirable. * Project Management in the pharmaceutical or food industry. * Co-ordinate multi functional work teams * Basic Understanding of : a) Advanced Allen Bradley PLC logic controllers. b) Process qualification, validation in the pharmaceutical or food industry IQ, OQ, PQ. c) FDA and GMP/GAMP regulation. d) Process automation, PLC and SCADA systems, APC
