Job Description
The plant will be doubling in size in the next year or so. Today there are 100+ employees.
Position also pays a bonus.
BACKGROUND:
- PREFER CANDIDATE ALREADY IN SAN ANTONIO / HOUSTON / AUSTIN AREA
Four year degree is required 5+ years Human Resources generalist experience, with some experience in manufacturing Experience with training and team building is a plus Need strong communication skills PREFER CANDIDATE ALREADY IN SAN ANTONIO / HOUSTON / AUSTIN AREA
POSITION:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the HR Manager develops, implements and maintains Human Resources policies and programs for the nonunion manufacturing plant. Major areas of responsibility include recruiting, staffing, regulatory compliance, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and plant safety.
SALARY: Up to $65K + bonus
LOCATION: Between San Antonio and Houston, TX
