Job Description
Purpose:Equipment Service Technicians maintain and repair all Coca-Cola cold drink equipment to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. This position will perform preventative and quality maintenance checks in addition to maintaining various records and reports.
This position typically works Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Some overtime is required as needed and this position will be assigned to an "on-call" status on a rotating schedule.
Responsibilities include:Diagnosis and repair fountain, vending, CCM and all other dispensing equipment at CCBCC accounts.
Service that is in compliance with both CCBCC and federal standards.
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to professionalism at CCBCC accounts.
Management of all instruments (tools, supplies, keys, etc.)necessary for job.
Qualifications:
Valid driver?s license for your state of residency and an excellence driving history for last seven years. (A Motor Vehicle Report- MVR will be checked)
Experience in the electrical and refrigeration field preferred.
Ability to maneuver & move large pieces of equipment (i.e. vending machines).
Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends and on-call when assigned and/or needed.
An ideal candidate will possess experience as a field technician.
Level I Refrigeration certification is strongly preferred.
Stable history of steady work and/or school, verifiable by references required.
Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis.
Past job performance must reflect dependability, maturity, initiative, professional demeanor, and the ability to exercise sound judgments.
