Job Description
Responsibilities: - Oversees preventative maintenance program.
- Prepares weekend work schedules.
- Insures that equipment is in satisfactory working order for Monday start-up.
- Directs immediate corrctive action over any critical or routine maintenance deficiencies.
- Handles all special equipment maintenance projects.
- Communicates effectvely with all levels of management as necessary, both verbally and written form.
- Assists in maintaining high standards of safety, maintenance,a nd plant cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Provides for training of all maintenance employees.
- Effectively manages all project work in plant.
- Keeps Corporate and Plant Management aware of maintenance related problems.
