Job Description
Formula pilot plant scale-up -Design snacks and cereals components/systems that are scalable on a commercial production line -Ability to manage multiple projects on a deadline basis -Become knowledgeable and manage the Snacks & Cereals Category pilot plant equipment -Category ingredient inventory management -Assistance during the scale-up and start-up of new products -Compliance with the company Food and Safety and EH&S policies -Create IP to help the company capture value from innovation -Document and protect all information as required by company policy -Continue skill development to maintain technical expertise -Supervisory of a food process engineer -Other duties as required
