Job Description
Requirements: + 6+ years of brand marketing experience + lifestyle marketing experience (no dishwashing liquid marketers please) + college degree; MBA preferred
Job Duties: leading brand strategy development fueled by consumer insights, category trends, brand equities and desire to reinvent the category, to include: Ø brand messaging Ø packaging/flavor development Ø in-store merchandising Ø sampling strategy Ø advertising strategy Ø ambassador programs Ø event marketing strategy + analyzing syndicated nielsen data in order to track performance of the brand and inform sales and marketing team decisions + developing briefs for all creative projects (e.g., primary/secondary packaging, label copy, hard/soft pos, website, advertising, etc.) and providing feedback on creative output to ensure it supports brand strategy
