Cargill Meat Solutions has a opportunity as a Fabrication Maintenance Supervisor. This position is responsible for overall maintenance on the fabrication floor including scheduling, planning, prioritizing work, purchasing, employee supervision, training and development. The Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for managing capital projects and supervision of contractors.

Principle Accountabilities:

40% Supervise plant mechanical, electrical and contract technicians including predictive, preventative and reactive maintenance. 5% Conduct employee development including technical training, EHS training, and PMP process training. 10% Personally assist in plant repairs and maintenance. 20% Manage plant capital improvement projects including supervision of contract employees. 10% General purchasing of all maintenance related items. 5% Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 10% Trouble Shooting/Problem Solving plant equipment problems.

Qualifications Effective interpersonal skills able to motivate any diverse team BS degree in Engineering preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance related areas. Computer skills including use of spreadsheets and understanding of databases.
