JOB TITLE: Production Supervisor - LARGE MANUFACTURER IS CURRENTLY SEACHING FOR A PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR. CANDIDATES NEED A TWO OR FOUR YEAR COLLEGE DEGREE AND OVER 2 YEARS OF SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE WITHIN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT. CANDIDATE SHOULD ALSO HAVE: A demonstrated style of participative management in problem solving and continuous improvement objectives. • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel. • Excellent organizational, planning and implementation skills. • Effective oral and written communication skills. • Knowledge of all food related regulations and practices including GMP's and HACCP. • Excellent team building and training skills. • Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting abilities. • Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus. MUST BE OPEN TO SHIFT. This is a NIGHT SHIFT POSITION.
