Cargill Meat Solutions has an opportunity available for a Human Resources Assistant with our Cargill Value Added Meats, Springdale, AR, team. This position will be responsible for assisting our Human Resource management team with applicant processing, including scheduling interviews, new hire paperwork processing, etc.; payroll processes, including time worked and attendance reports review; and general administrative responsibilities, including managing phones, documentation, correspondence, meetings and interviews, data entry, filing, and miscellaneous projects
Qualifications Minimum 3 years administrative experience required. Demonstrated expert skills in Microsoft package; Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, Outlook. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail and follow up; ability to prioritize and manage a large variety of tasks and timelines effectively Ability to work independently; proactive, results oriented Strong customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated proof reading and editing abilities Strong problem solving skills required Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment Interface effectively in a team environment Spanish/English bilingual preferred
