We are conducting a search for a Maintenance Supervisor for a large high-speed manufacturing company in Virginia. The Company is a well-recognized firm and has a very strong reputation. They operate numerous plants across the US. They are very well managed and have been doing quite well. They are able to offer the opportunity for significant upward mobility. An attractive compensation package is offered.

Candidates should have previous management experience in a complex, fast paced environment. A degree is required. Candidates should have a solid maintenance background and union experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must possess leadership skills. Need to have the ability to "turn a wrench" when necessary and then put on a suit and tie and meet with company officials or customers. Candidates must have a history of staying with employers for 4 and 5 years at a time.
