Established grower/shipper based in Nogales, AZ is seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to develop new business, grow existing business and manage the sales team. A leader in winter vegetable items with an excellent reputation in the industry. The Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for the following:

· Drive volume through newly created direct customers (retail chains, foodservice accounts) · Coordinate and manage the sales team · Manage food brokers · Be visible at accounts, store openings, warehouse tours · Participate in key industry organizations · Maintain high professional respect among trade and industry contacts · Ongoing analysis of business portfolio · Conduct weekly meetings with the sales staff · Develop annual plan for sales volume

Requirements: College background and 5+ years of National Sales experience in the fresh produce industry. Candidate should have extensive contacts among retail and foodservice accounts on a national level. Candidate should have sales management experience. Ability to travel as needed to visit customers and attend trade shows. Strong communication skills and solid computer skills.

Compensation includes: Base salary at $100K-?, bonus potential, health insurance, vacation, relocation assistance.
