Cargill Meat Solutions has an opportunity available for an Operations Supervisor. The successful candidate will report to the production superintendent and will be responsible for the day-to-day safe and efficient operations of the production department he or she is assigned to. Principle Responsibilities: Maximization of all raw materials and quality, optimize best possible return (yields) at the lowest possible costs (labor) Consistent enforcement of all company policies and procedures Other management duties as assigned

Qualifications Case Ready process knowledge and experience Experience in meat processing applications People Skills Strong Communication Skills Problem Solving / Decision Making skills and abilities Safety and loss control management experience Computer literate with working knowledge of software programs Ability to lead, instruct, teach and provide coaching to employees Time management skills Want:
