Cargill Meat Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Supervisor (Rotating shifts). This position is responsible for the day-to-day technical services activities including monitoring and enforcing food safety and quality standards throughout the facility. This position is responsible for supervising approximately 12-15 quality technicians. Other responsibilities include helping to determine dispositions when food safety or quality problems occur, investigating customer complaints, and monitoring day to day quality operations of a ground beef facility.

Qualifications

2 or 4 year degree in Food/Meat Science, Biology or related field preferred 3 - 5 years of Meat or Food Industry experience Strong knowledge of HACCP Strong communication skills Strong decision making skills Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) computer skills
