Job Description
The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Continuous Improvement Manager / TPM Supervisor for a Fortune 100 Manufacturing Facility located in CT. Candidate must have their bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or related. Need 3-5 years MAX experience. Job Description: The TPM Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of plant improvement activities through TPM methodologies in addition to training and coaching of plant personnel for a manufacturing site with a total of 300+ employees. The incumbent will lead project teams in order to drive significant process improvement using the proper application of TPM tools and processes. He/She will translate loss tree metrics into actionable solutions by using root cause problem solving techniques. You will also coordinate continuous improvement activities between pillar champions. Qualifications: Experience 3-5 years manufacturing; project management; supervision. Skills Specific Training TPM Methodology or Continuous Improvement Program, SPC. REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Candidates for the Continuous Improvement Manager / TPM Supervisor MUST HAVE a 4-Year BS/BA Degree (preferably in Engineering) with a maximum of 3-5 years of Continuous Improvement/TPM/Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma Supervisory / Management experience from within a Manufacturing Facility. Candidates with a CPG / Consumer Packaged Goods / Food / Beverage Manufacturing background are highly desired.
