Job Description
Provide your expertize, experience and leadership to strategically develop food safety and QA programs that ensure a safe and quality product for our customers. Author and enforce GMPs, HACCP, SSOPs, SOPs and policies & practices. Work with regualory compliance issues and build regulatory rapport. Prefer experience also working with SPC, copackers, international suppliers, R&D, capital project support, product development, labeling and product specifications.
BS or higher in related food sciences. 6+ years of experience with at least 3 at a manager level or higher in the Baking industry. Excellent communication and mentoring skills
