Responsibilities:
Implement and chart the plant’s strategic plan.
Accountable for plant results and expectations and reanalyzing when necessary.
Maintain internal controls and accurate financial records.
Provide support and advice to the accounting center, as well as review it.
Identify and help develop a plan to improve assets.
Detect cost control areas by periodic analysis and recommend adjustments to plant and corporate management.
Analyze plant’s EBITDA return and inform plant, corporate office, and Kroger Marketing area of the findings.
Identify misleading accounting information.
Identify need for technology advancements, assist in their implementation, and verify their returns.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
· Five to seven years of experience in a Financial Manager role
· Proficient use of accounting applications
