The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Degreed Finance Manager for an established Food Manufacturing Company located in Arkansas. Currently seeking someone who will analyze and summarize monthly variances between actual results, current estimate, plan and prior year as well as provide analysis on customer cost to serve and customer profitability. The Finance Manager will support customer marketing and international resources to create marketing event profitability’s as well as perform post promotional analysis of trade spending events. The Finance Manager will assist in the preparation/evaluation of monthly and quarterly sales metrics including brand and customer volume, deduction balances, headcount, and selling expense. Qualified individual will assist in preparation of plan models for selling expense and be held responsible for coordinating input into the financial planning system and work with sales to validate accuracy and reasonableness of data. Candidate will assist in analysis/preparation of customer trade plan as well as prepare ad-hoc reports and potential assignment to special studies/teams to assist management in evaluating key opportunities for the company. Qualified individual must be proficient with Business Warehouse, SAP R/3 and Trade Promotion Management (TPM). REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Candidates for the Finance Manager position MUST HAVE a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, CPA and/or MBA preferred AND a minimum of 6 years experience in financial analysis, preferably in consumer packaged goods industry. Candidate must have fundamental understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, the ability to analyze and assimilate relevant data into key financial recommendations as well as solid interpersonal, organizational and financial skills. Candidate must have the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with the sales team. Previous experience with Business Warehouse and SAP R/3 preferred. Candidate must also be proficient in MS Office. Candidate must be willing to travel over night up to 10% of calendar month.
