Job Description
Maintenance Manager needed in Iowa for new plant start up. This is not a new company, but a new plant for this company. You will be in on the ground floor of bringing in equipment, plant layout and design, permits, etc. and then staff up the department as it comes on line. Goal is to have this plant on line in 6-8 months, so the need is NOW.
Degree not required. This will be a hands on Maintenance oriented position. Background in ammonia refrigeration, boilers, PM (preventative maintenance) programs all a plus. Spray drying background and plant start up experience also a plus.
Excellent opportunity to start this plant and move to operations, or corporate maintenance position.
Strong base salary, bonus and relocation.
