Responsible for driving share holder value through the maximization of market share, sales, and profits. Effectively leads trade execution through the management of personnel for designated business unit(s).
Job Responsibility: Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
Manage sales center operations, sales execution, promotional activity and market development through maximizing community relationships.
Forecast and deliver budgeted volume and profits, while executing the annual division plan.
Develop local incentives and motivational tools.
Adhere to company standards, protecting company integrity.
Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
Develop, negotiate and administer customer agreements and pricing while maintaining customer relationships.
Assist in negotiation of contracts.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years general management experience in consumer products/direct store delivery environment.
Requires experience managing people/budgets.
Prior customer management experience required.
Must have experience managing facilities and in executing sales, distribution and marketing strategies.
5+ years managing sales/distribution staff.
Prior food/beverage experience.
Intermediate computer and database skills.
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex issues. Ability to write and interpret documents such as marketing and business plans.
Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
