National food processing co with over 100 plants in the US and CA. This plant employees about 200 people and runs three shifts. The co will offer someone a great opt to build a growing and progressive career. The position will be responsible for a crew of 20 people on a high speed packaging line. They will be supervising scheduling, training, plant safety and process improvements. The position will require someone with at least three years experience as a supervisor in a food processing plant.
