Job Description
This position is responsible for the execution and support of all production maintenance activities which will achieve the desired results in quality, cost, delivery, safety and morale. The Maintenance Manager directs the activities of the Maintenance Facilitator and Conversion Maintenance groups in performance of assigned duties to insure that plant equipment is maintained at levels consistent with Company specifications. This position is also responsible for electrical and PLC oversight. This position will also assist in development and implementation of capital and plant productivity projects. BA/BS in Engineering or related field is required. Minimum 5 yrs. experience in plant engineering/maintenance/mfg. engineering and production is required.
