R&D Operations: 1. BUDGET Work with RTC LT & regional R&D finance rep in the creation of the yearly CIP and monthly tracking of actuals and issues with finance.
2. VIP Track RTC contribution including driving and participating in activities that generate new opportunities
3. Orchard & ToolBox Initiatives. Represent the RTC in all reporting of Orchard milestones and for Toolbox implementation, including training sessions, measurement of quality for usage, and input of data where requested by the categories (regional run toolbox activities)
4. LT Meeting and Town Hall Organization
5. Assist VP R&D with Head of Lab site activities issues.
6. Quality. Lead Quality audits including R&D General Quality audit, Project Quality Resource audit (RDLT), Consumer Complaint Trends/ Issues w/directors, Global People Survey
7. Be the Customer/Shopper Insight Knowledge Leader for the RTC integrating learnings from packaging and ci--into one understanding program.
8. Misc Operation requests for RTC information and input.
CTI (one -two categories in scope of responsibility): 1. SEEK REGIONAL INSIGHTS TO SUPPORT INNOVATION PROJECTS Expertise in regional consumer needs to deliver? insights into upstream projects Product Benchmarking and Gap opportunities? analysis vs. Regional competition to guide portfolio management. Sensing? trends in region Identify novel consumer regional insights within HPC? categories to help drive innovation by feeding the CTC ´s through conducting strategic consumer understanding Design and lead the collation of? Technical H&A within the region and translate them into actionable insightful technical challenges for RTC and CTC´s networks
2. REGIONAL ROLE PROFILE Design, manage, co-ordinate and drive all CTI work plan? within Product Design (Formula and Packaging) to support the regional 8-quarter rolling plan including timing and cost for HPC RTC Management of testing? budget Develop the Customer and Shopper regional plan, Implement and? Disseminate learnings within R&D. Develop effective communication? channels into and out of the RTC to act as regional assistance to countries and provide CTI guidance in the region Contribute to the development of, and? propose active, activation/demo to countries Ensure regional consistency? of testing methodologies and best practice alignment within the Global CTI category teams Ensuring optimal usage of regional and global facilities? for testing. Articulate the Category Sensory programme in the region.? Create, set up and co-ordinate regional Sensorial panels when needed in? the region 3. CTI SKILL AND CAPABILITIES DEVELOPMENT (work with Global Team) 4. GLOBAL ROLE .Act as Regional CTI representative on relevant HPC Global projects, providing regional inputs/understanding to global consumer test briefs, consulting and agreeing on methodologies, implementing/deploying and reporting on global studies. CTI Category Global networks as Regional representative.

Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in R&D (2 -3 functional areas), preferably design/deploy in fast moving consumer package goods, Formulation/cti experience required in at least 6 years; ability to manage budgets. Advanced skill in excel and powerpoint required. Excellent verbal and written communication required. Additional experience in other R&D areas, process, quality, finance, operations.
