Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • At least 3 years of engineering experience preferably in high-speed manufacturing supporting packaged consumer goods industry (beverage, pharma, food, personal care). • Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering
RESPONSIBILITIES • Performs root cause analysis to achieve improvements in production efficiency, reliability & quality. • Supports plant project activities and manages capital projects. • Team member for larger innovation, restructuring or supply chain strategic investments. • Manages suppliers, engineering service providers and contractors. • Assures compliance with Company & industry engineering standards, specifications, and best practices. • Participates in the development of the plant site plan, capital plan and ensures practices that promote effective asset management.
