Job Description
The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of Two (2) Production Supervisor (s) for one of the Top Ten Baked Goods Manufacturing Companies in the country. This state of the art, highly automated bread and roll operation is currently looking for someone with at least 3+ years experience in a Baked Goods Manufacturing Facility (bread and roll production is highly desired). Additionally qualified candidates must have Union experience with AIB training. A 4 year degree is preferred but not required. REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Candidates for the Production Supervisor position MUST HAVE at least 3+ years of previous Baked Goods (preferably Bread/Roll) Manufacturing experience from within a Supervisory role. At this time, ONLY candidates with a strong Baked Goods Manufacturing background will be considered. A 4-Year BS/BA Degree is also highly preferred, but not required.
