Job Description
The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Bilingual Production Supervisor for a Large Food Manufacturing Facility located in Denver, CO. Prefer a college degree, but not mandatory. Candidate will need to have 2-3 years of supervisory experience within a food/beverage manufacturing facility and be open to working rotating shifts. This is more of a hands on type of position so someone that likes working on the floor is ideal. This position will have a lot of responsibility over several different areas rather than just production so this is a great training opportunity as well. Union experience is a plus! Must be Bilingual English and Spanish!! Shifts change every 6 months! Position will oversee approximately 30 employees. Company offers good starting salary, benefits and annual bonus. REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Candidates for the Production Supervisor position MUST HAVE at least 2-3 years of Production Supervisory experience from within a Food/Beverage Manufacturing Facility. At this time, ONLY Bilingual (English/Spanish) Candidates will be considered. Candidates MUST be open to shift as they do rotate.
