Job Description
We seek a Engineer/Technical Services Manager for a spray drying processing facility (division of a major national company), located in a TX/NM city with population of 12,000 (one hour or less from two cities of 200,000+ population), offering a community with good quality of life including diversified economy, good educational system, low taxes, near major university, hospital, and military base. Candidate with Bachelor of Science degree preferably in engineering or technical arena and 4+ years industry experience. Prefer a candidate with background in food manufacturing – Allen Bradley/PLC experience a plus! Position responsibilities will encompass environmental, regulatory, design implementation, etc. Has excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and is highly promotable. Candidate will oversee entire engineering/maintenance operation of 4 Supervisors and 12 hourly at a facility employing 100+ nonunion personnel. The company is one of the nation's largest, multi-plant, food processors offering excellent growth opportunities, and produces diverse food products throughout the county.
Salary up to $90,000 base range with up to 10% bonus. In addition, company offers a very good 401K plan, good benefits, and relocation package including home buyout.
