Technology & Innovation Manager 78.08LH
Description: This Manager will be responsible for all Capital Projects. Will develop and maintain a 3 year capital plan, do monthly forecasting, oversee projects and ensure proper training on new processes and equipment. Will also be in charge of all the plant maintenance. Will work towards increasing equipment reliability and implement preventive maintenance programs. This manager will also head up continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs and increase plant efficiency and capacity.
Requirments: BS Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer, with 5+ years of process or project engineering experience and 3+ years of either production or maintenance supervision. Out of food or beverage is ideal. Must have some project management experience. Any experience preparing or controlling budgets is a plus. Other pluses are PLC programming, Utilities Management and/or Continuous Improvement experience.
